Late this summer, Linda blogged about her MIL’s experience with AOL. I mentioned in the comment thread about my lousy experience with Cuisinart and their rip-off rebate program for their food processors. I never did get a satisfactory response from them, so when a journalist was looking for rebate horror stories, guess who had a good one for her? (I just sent the link to Cuisinart’s PR department, commending them on the nice product placement.) [db]

Nope. Don’t expect to, given that upper management doesn’t seem to care about customer service. My e-mail was just a little “thank you” for giving me the opportunity to spread the word.
